Vivian Lowenstein
Mindful Childbirth
Vivian Lowenstein is a certified nurse-midwife, nurse practitioner and a childbirth educator. She has been in clinical practice since 1984 in hospitals, health centers and at Booth Maternity Center.
She was on faculty in the Nurse-Midwifery Graduate Program at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and has been an active member of the local and national American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM).
Her passion is empowering women to understand their health and be a full participant in their care, especially their birth experience.
She will be available for group classes and also individual learning focusing on a woman’s health during:
- preconceptual planning
- pregnancy
- childbirth
- postpartum
- menopause
