Heather Rudulavage, RD LDN
Nutrition
As a busy wife and mom to three young children, Heather can relate to the staggering amount of nutrition "information" available today, and how this amount of information can make it more challenging to achieve your health goals, who can you believe?
As a licensed, registered dietitian who has been working in the nutrition field for over 10 years, Heather has worked with hundreds of patients and their families, both in acute care and with outpatients.
She works as a nutrition therapist and practices a holistic approach to nutrition. Holistic means that she not only looks at your diet but how all areas of your life are connected. While some nutritionists may dwell on calories, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, Heather provides individualized, evidence based care, designed to fit her clients life. For many of her clients, this means a holistic, non-diet approach. She is there to help you discover your own inner wisdom and become a nutrition expert for yourself and your family.
Heather have a BS degree in Applied Nutrition from The Pennsylvania State University. and is a registered and licensed dietician.
